Happy Tuesday! I know I haven’t posted since January. But it was for good reason. In case you didn’t know, I’ve transitioned from blogging to vlogging. This past January I started Pain-Free Kitchen on youtube and have been posting videos a couple times each week.

Most of the content is new, like my What I Ate in a Day or Grocery Haul videos. But some of it is updated information from previous blog posts.

I wrote that blog post a while ago about the importance of keeping a food journal. We always think we know how much we’re eating, but once you write it on paper you might discover a surprise.

Whether you’re trying to figure out why you’re not losing weight or you’re doing a Whole30 to find out which foods make you feel like crap, food journaling will help you find the answer.
