Hello! Yup got another blog post for you. Well…I have another video. Jake reminded me that just because I’m focusing on my youtube channel, doesn’t mean I should forget about my blog. So be prepared to see lots of video blog posts for the next few weeks.

This past January I completed a Whole30. I already shared my Whole30 grocery haul on the blog, but I didn’t share with you guys what I kept in my pantry.

Cleaning out your pantry can make or break your Whole30. It’s a LOT harder to sneak some cookies if you don’t have any in your house. If you can’t get rid of the food, put it on a separate shelf like I did. All of my protein powders, lentils, gluten-free oats, rice, honey, and corn were kept on top shelves that I couldn’t reach.

  1. Hi, I was wondering if you remember when you started to feel better? I’m on day 4 of the whole 30 and I just keep feeling more pain and more exhaustion every day. I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and IBS. I so want this to help me, but I’m getting discouraged that I’m just feeling worse every day. 🙁 Thank you!

    1. That’s normal!! 100% normal. Your body is getting rid of all the crap and inflammation. If you watch some of my Whole30 youtube videos from this past January, you’ll see that it happened to me again. Which was really frustrating since I had been pain free for so long! But the good news is once that’s over, the pain started going away again. This time around it happened after the third week. But I’ve had people tell me they really started to notice their fibromyalgia completely disappear in week four. Do not stop! You got this. i’m here for you. Remember that there are TONS of people doing the September Whole30. So don’t hesitate to reach out to them <3
